Your mission:
The PMO Executive plays a critical role in the success of the operations management activities of the Digital Solutions
Deployment & Support organization in Airbus Customer Services. You will accomplish this success by ensuring that you will be
dedicated and determined in truly understanding the operational challenges faced by our colleagues and then work within the
ecosystem of Procurement, Finance, HR etc. to deliver appropriate and acceptable deliverables that meet (or, even better,
exceed) the expectations; adding value to the business and help support the operations of the department.

The role will require you to develop business relationships and connect with executives (at all levels of seniority), operational
managers, Procurement, Finance and HR stakeholders. A high level of anticipation will be required to foresee and meet the
operational targets for your deliverables; which will align directly to the department’s objectives and ultimately help achieve
Airbus goals.

Main Responsibilities:
As a PMO Executive, you will work in close collaboration with a large number of stakeholders on a day to day basis to provide
efficient and effective support to the Operations Manager. A strong sense of ownership towards deliverables, lateral thinking,
excellent communication and in-depth knowledge of Airbus business, services and digital solutions portfolio is a key aspect of
this role.

An ideal candidate should be capable of understanding the way of working of all stakeholders in addition to efficiently managing
their challenges and priorities, subsequently mitigating them in a proactive manner. You will provide best-in-class support and be
conversant with latest PMO best practices and business operational needs, contributing to the team as an influencer for
providing highest level support.

The role will include, but not limited to, the following activities:


• Supplier Management
• Coordinate and contribute to Call For Tenders (CFT)
• Global Sourcing Review - Manage the Global Suppliers review (suppliers compliance and performance
including partners support activities for internal)
• Participate to overall Steering with suppliers


• Finance
• Annual Operating Plan (Budget) - Pre define and consolidate the AOP in strong collaboration with all
managers
• Forecast - Uphold and follow related forecasts with all stakeholders (eg Finance or portfolio managers)


• Strategy

• Internal Make or Buy Policy - Propose adjustment to the internal Make or Buy policy (consistent with
procurement and overall SD strategy)
• Achievements & Objectives - Prepare objectives and review achievements in strong collaboration with all
managers
• Global roadmap and planning - Provide visibility on the global managerial events (HR, Finance, Events, ...) &
applications (EIS & Obsolescence) and ensure that information is shared by all stakeholders
• Activity Management best practices - Propose recommendations to improve activities for the management
(planning, actions follow-up, deliverables consolidation, data sharing)

• Business Performance Management & Support
• Risk Management - Coordinate risk & opportunities management activities, define and explain policies and
rules, follow the action plan

• Training Plan - Contribute to the Training plans in line with the recruitment strategy defined and cascade
golden rules (eg E&C or in-situ subcontracting)
• Team Events - Organise and manage team events with the communication support, in collaboration with the
managers


• Resource Management
• Resource Planning - Elaborate the resource planning (headcount review)

Main Deliverables:


• Supplier Management
• Support the review of specification on each Work Package (AS-IS vs TO-BE), return on experience for the

Call For Tenders
• Support the preparation of each Steering Committee (inputs from managers and Airbus responsables)
• Support managers to launch PReq in the Click n Buy tool (Coupa), follow each PReq and related GRs
• Support managers on OnSite tool/BM tool and drumbeat/validate submission
• Support the centralisation of the contractual documentation


• Finance
• Support to the definition of the cost drivers &43; simply the consolidation of detailed information, prepare the
financial bridge
• Support each FC preparation (gap analysis with PLMs) and actuals followup


• Strategy
• Consolide information related to Mission, Scope, Organisation, Activities, Make (Jobs & Competences), Buy
(bundles & CFT) to set up a robust referential
• Support the preparation of each workshop and consolidate the results, ensure the actions follow up (incl. car
park)
• Collect and update of information on global roadmap (HR, R&O, ...) and obsolescence / EIS roadmap
(portfolios, SLMs, ...)
• Contribute to internal communication plan, organise new Shared Drive for SDS


• Business Performance Management & Support
• Collect and update R&O information on G-Sheet (One-To-One with managers) &43; ARM to prepare SDS
review meetings
• Contribute to the SD Newcomers guide, provide recurrent trainings status to managers in link with SD
• Prepare the presentation support to have an interactive session, centralize documentation and identify new
topics to be shared


• Resource Management
• Support the monthly update of people movement (WW scope)
• Support the yearly gSheet file setup for the permanencies

Skills and Competencies:
• Bachelor&39;s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Aeronautics or Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Information
Technology (IT) or Computer Science with prior experience as a PMO Executive, with preferable exposure to the
deployment and support of digital solutions in the aviation industry
• Prior experience in handling end to end Call For Tender process including RFI, RFP, RFQ, BAFO and related
requirement-fitment evaluation matrix preparations
• Prior experience in preparing the budget and forecasts in close coordination with Finance teams
• Prior experience in resource planning and management, especially in the context of supplier management
• Strong adherence to prevalent Ethics & Compliance guidelines and ability to filter and cascade information as
appropriate
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables in a challenging environment
• Excellent written and oral communications with ability to facilitate and collaborate
