With the leading long-haul network from Europe, Air France is a major player in global air transport.
Its main businesses are passenger air transport, freight transport and aircraft maintenance.

Digital Air France KLM is a flagship department of the Air France KLM Group within Commercial Passage, benefiting from significant investment and resources and with high strategic stakes.

 

The Digital Performance unit, within the Central Digital Division, is responsible for steering the operational and commercial performance of our sites and Apps.

For the commercial side, the Performance Insights & Analytics department provides the whole Digital department with quantitative and qualitative data collected thanks to the tens of millions of monthly visits to our digital touchpoints. The challenge is to make all this data intelligible and harness it to foster a data-driven approach across all Digital teams.

The Performance Insights & Analytics (PIA) team is a dynamic joint Air France-KLM (France/Netherlands) team, bringing together a variety of international profiles.

Description de la mission

Performance Insights & Analytics analysts are responsible for the entire process from start to finish: defining KPIs, organizing the collection of this information (tagging), visualizing and analyzing this data, and drawing up priorities for the teams that maintain and develop our sites and apps.

 

As a PIA analyst, youll be part of a product team working in an agile environment under the supervision of a Scrum master. You will also be the cross-functional referent for one of the analytical tools used within our department.

 

As an analyst in our team, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:

- Data analysis: understand our customers browsing behavior on our site and Apps and understand the consequences on the performance of our digital touchpoints.

 

- AB testing / experimentation: implement AB tests, analyze results and communicate conclusions.

 

- Communication: explain complex quantitative analyses, adapting them to different types of audience, promoting the use of data within Digital.

 

- Customer feedback analysis: using our feedback tools and online questionnaires.

 

- Datavisualization with dashboard creation and database optimization

 

Your projects and your contribution will have an impact on the whole Digital entity.

Profil recherché

You are open-minded, curious, attentive and inventive in proposing innovative solutions or adapting to new situations.

Youre able to persuade and adapt to different audiences, communicating clearly and effectively.


Need to have :

 

Knowledge of digital tools (mainly Google Analytics and SQL) and the Agile method.
 

Ability to take a critical and objective viewpoint based on quantified arguments. Pragmatism.
 

You know how to establish effective communication between stakeholders, and are comfortable giving oral presentations.
 

You have experience in digital experimentation (AB Test).
 

 

Nice to have :

- Appetence for teamwork and collaboration

 

- Willingness to train and share with others

 

You have an excellent level of French and English (daily meetings in English with KLM teams).

This position requires occasional travel to Amsterdam.
