Description
In this role, you will work in one of the following sub sections: Production Planning, Fleet Planning, Aircraft Maintenance Programme and Technical Records. You are required to organize and administer maintenance check work packages, maintenance checks follow up, compiling AMP amendments / updating TRAX under the guidance of Planning Engineer.
Other responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
- Organize and administer checks work package issued to Line and Base Maintenance with the objective of meeting the set time frames and cost-effective maintenance management. Ensuring compliance of work package requirements with optimum cost, ensure availability of material, required downtime and manpower for scheduled work, review completed work package for correct sign offs, completeness and upload feedback, AD DFPs in computer systems.
- Prepare and issue work packages under the guidance of the Planning Engineer to ensure availability of alternate aircrafts against aircraft grounded for maintenance.
- Ensure assigned work packages are ready for review by the Planning Engineer
- Develop plans to accomplish small campaign packages such as Database loading, SWC packages, etc.
- Ensure updated and current filing system is maintained for deferment, variations, base deferred defects.
- Report accomplishment of EO/ESWC to Engineering Development and Flight operations Engineering. Follow up required tooling and materials availability with materials Planner as requested by Planning Engineer.
- Compile AMP amendments and update TRAX under the guidance of Planning Engineer.
- Update aircraft technical log data in TRAX
- Carry out component transactions for all aircraft/engine’s components replaced during operation.
- Prepare aircraft records for CMR / ARC renewal inspections.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
- Aviation experience with production planning / fleet planning / Aircraft Maintenance Program / Technical Records environment
- Knowledge of Aviation regulations (Part 145, Part M)
- General knowledge of Aircraft/Engines systems
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Planning/Organizing skills
