Description:Manages the day-to-day training program operation requirements for the assigned AETC IDIQ Task Orders, and other training programs at the OJT facility at Greenville, SC. Ensure program operations at Greenville, SC are meeting the program goals and objectives. Maintain and monitor program metrics identifying operation deficiencies, establishing root causes and recommendations for corrective actions. Identify areas of process improvement for program policies and procedures. Responsible for day-to-day training priorities and actives. Provide weekly status reports to program management.
Basic Qualifications:
Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Solves technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the project, but tries to resolve problems during the design and planning phases whenever possible. Oversees and coordinates work performed by outside contractors. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users and management. Participates in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule. May be responsible for feasibility studies and field trials management. Issues stop-work order when adverse risk is identified. Typically incumbents would be working towards or have achieved Project management certification. Knowledgeable of F-16 Maintenance Training. Must be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
