- Choose up to four practical assignments based on your interests. One of them could also take place abroad.
- We start with a holistic overview in our onboarding phase, visiting different subsidiaries, as well as Airline insights.
- The General Airline Management Simulation Game training, a full week at Frankfurt airport working in the ground operations and working as a flight attendant will give you an understanding and a feeling for our core business.
- A strong focus is on your personal development and the promotion of team spirit. You’ll receive coaching and mentoring to enable your true potential, as well as volunteering with your fellow trainees in a social project in cooperation with our NGO Help Alliance.

Requirements

- A Masters degree (or equivalent) in any field of study is required.
- Advanced knowledge of English is essential, proficiency in German would be advantageous.
