What are your contributions to the team?

•    Design and develop engaging training content on product safety, tailored to various roles within the aviation sector.
•    Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity, effectiveness, and retention of safety protocols.
•    Update training materials to reflect the latest safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
•    Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
•    Collaborate with safety analysts and management to align training content with the Bombardier Safety Policiy.
•    Lead workshops and seminars to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
•    Track and report on training progress and compliance across the organization.
•    Provide mentorship and guidance to employees on safety-related queries and concerns.
 

How to thrive in this role?

•    A technical college degree or bachelor’s degree in aerospace, education, or a related technical field.
•    A minimum of 5 years of experience in safety training within the aerospace industry.
•    In-depth knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and related regulations (SM-0001).
•    Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
•    Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Leadership and mentorship capabilities.
•    Innovative approach to training and safety education.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and training software.
•    Bilingualism in French and English, with strong written and oral communication skills in both languages.
•    Certifications in Safety Training or instructional design (Preferred).
