What you’ll need to do the role
We are seeking a skilled individual to join us as a Product Technical Architect at easyJet, bringing extensive experience from the IT sector. You should have a strong understanding in Workplace Product Architecture, including technical, enterprise, and application architecture, along with cloud solutions expertise. Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) and familiarity with different modelling languages such as UML, BPMN, ArchiMate, Essentials Project, Lucidchart, Draw IO, etc. Experience in agile DevOps methods and managing third-party suppliers is crucial, with a focus on delivering business outcomes and enhancing employee experience. Specific to this role, you should demonstrate expertise in automation technology, DEX tools or endpoint management, and key technologies like ITSM tools, network monitoring, Microsoft Active Directory, Desktop and application virtualisation, Group Policy, Microsoft Windows (10, 11, 365), Apple macOS, Microsoft 365, Databases and queries.

Location and Hours of Work
This full-time role of 40 hours a week will be based in Luton, we support hybrid working and spend three days per week in the office. Some occasional travel may be required.
