This job is proposed in the frame of myPulse digital program, you will be part of a cross functional team (HR and IM) where we promote an empowerment environment and where we don&39;t consider siglums and organization. The setup will be referenced as HIMalaya (symbolizing that HR and IM are working together without any Silo) and you will therefore have the opportunity to observe and act on the different activities (HR functional and IT related topic, depending on your appetite and willingness).

You will be working in an Agile, SAFe environment, or LBIP agile project. We serve the group, which means, all Airbus divisions, subs and countries making myPulse a wonderful environment to scale up your capability to impact the company globally, understanding the strategy and impacting all employees.

Your direct colleagues will be working like you on other parts of the HR landscape, and a part of the team is dedicated to the deployment and support of myPulse worldwide (subs and countries).

Your challenges:

As a Product Owner for our HCM Product inside our global HRIS system, you will be responsible for the overall vision and strategy of our HCM processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and ensure the successful delivery for improvements and enhancements in your product. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and technologies, as well as excellent project management and communication skills.

Today our CORE HR processes are fully deployed in 6 countries ( FRANCE/UK/GERMANY/SPAIN/USA/CANADA ) and we also manage international mobilities and secure specific ones for Executives. This means that we have to ensure local requirements deliveries in our global system.

  • The challenge is to be able to prioritize a global backlog after transformation of many local and/or legal requirements. 

  • Need to arbitrate and propose a compromise solution to keep as much as possible an harmonized solution.

Your boarding pass:

  • Take lead of Agile product teams as the Product Owner

  • Provide vision and direction to the team and stakeholders throughout the product life cycle

  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities

  • Plan and prioritize product backlog and development for the product with the inputs of the different Business Owners

  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy by evaluating the feasibility (including the interdependencies to other solutions) and added value of change requests on existing HRIS solutions in the context

  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

  • Maintain a healthy product backlog

  • Accept / validate the work done on the product by the team

  • Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities

  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

  • Ensure that the helpdesk/HR Support is properly equipped to answer questions

  • Provide input for the HR referential in the Business Management Systems (BMS) used for Audits

  • Provide in collaboration with the Business Owners the change management materials supporting process adaptations

  • Provide necessary input / participate in social partner negotiations.

  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner or Project management for more than 10 years

  • Excellent organizational interpersonal and time management skills are mandatory. A demonstrated experience in management is a plus

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Digital skills & change management understandings

  • An advanced level of English and French or German is required for this position.
