The main role of the Production Coordinator is to ensure the smooth running and performance follow up of the multi-programme production flow at Airbus Helicopters Spain.

Responsibilities

-        Ensure the On Time, Quality, Safety and On Cost performance of the multi-programme production lines at AHE.

-        Lead the daily, weekly, monthly routines to drumbeat the relevant KPIs to understand the production progress.

-        Identify production blocking points, facilitate its resolution and escalate when necessary.

-        Ensure the proper communication between production and the relevant Operations teams (quality, procurement, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, design engineering…).

-        5S DEPLOYMENT and maintenance at shopfloor to improve safety and productivity at work.

-        Implement continuous improvement actions at the shopfloor

-        Deploy an occupational and aviation safety culture at the shopfloor

- Manage / Maitein production lean panels.

- Ensure continuous improvement through PDCA cycled follow up.

             

Requisites

-        Engineer (industrial and/or similar).

-        Relevant previous experience as Head of Production in an industrial plant; industrialization of processes and management of production flows.

- Lean six sigma green belt (black belt desiriable).

Additional experience with:

o   Management of Blue Collars.

o   Safety at work.

o   Aviation safety.

o   Industrial KPI follow up.

o   Production lines planning and control.

o   Financial control to manage costs.

o   Practical problem solving methodology (7D, 5W).

o   Management of complex / high value products.

o   Production Flow Lines.

Skills

o   Digital awareness (Excel, SAP).

o   Fluent Spanish and English.
