PRODUCTION OPERATIVES

Morson are exclusively recruiting for several Production Operative opportunities for a leading digital identity and security provider. These roles are on earlies and late shift rotated weekly

Please note this is a 6 month contract although could become more long-term

Earlies and Lates rotated weekly 

Week 1 – Mon-Friday 6am-2pm / Week 2 – Mon-Thursday 1.50pm- 10pm, Friday 1.50-8.20pm

 14.48 plus 1.75 holiday pay , increasing to 2.53 holiday pay after 12 weeks

Experience required for the role is flexible, will consider those without manufacturing/production operative experience. Administration/retail backgrounds will be considered. Also those without workplace experience but willing to learn.

Those from Printing backgrounds would be highly suitable, although not essential.

Production Operative ROLE PROFILE

Operating of personalisation and embossing machines
Quality inspection
Vault operations and goods receiving and shipping.
You’ll complete daily/ weekly maintenance tasks and work with your peers on 5S and problem solving activities

A week in the life of a Production operative:

You’ll complete daily maintenance and cleaning of the machines and surrounding areas.
You’ll operate the machines and/ or processes and rigorously follow the standard work for each of these tasks
