Responsibilities:

• Raising employee awareness of the importance of complying with the company&39;s safety regulations, as well as the use of PPE (personal protective equipment) and CPE (collective protective equipment), in order to avoid any risk situation, through campaigns, the formation of CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee), SIPATMA (Internal Week for the Prevention of Accidents at Work and the Environment) and the Fire Brigade, as determined by the company and legal obligations.
• Assisting in the preparation of the PGR (Risk Management Program) and PCMSO (Occupational Health and Medical Control Program), analyzing the causes of risks or the existence of environments unfavorable to safety and making suggestions for improvement, with the help of other more experienced staff.
• Keeping the safety software up to date as employees and trainees join, linking them to the appropriate GHEs (Homogeneous Exposure Groups).
• Monitoring and complying with occupational safety regulations by third parties and service providers, with regard to personal and collective safety, involving the mandatory use of PPE and CPE, etc.
• Assisting in the inspection of the company&39;s working environments to verify and measure the degree of risk in terms of equipment, installation and location, mapping and classifying each one, keeping the company&39;s Risk Map up to date.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement or innovation, as well as suggesting initiatives for the appropriate applications, reporting directly to their leader.

Requirements:

• Complete technical education in Occupational Safety required.

• Valid MTE registration.

• Previous experience in the position.

• Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal, writing and reading).

• Ability to communicate in English (will be assessed at interview).

Responsabilidades:

• Atuar na conscientização dos empregados a respeito da importância do cumprimento das normas de segurança da empresa, bem como do uso de EPI (equipamento de proteção individual) e EPC (equipamento de proteção coletivo), para evitar qualquer situação de risco, através de campanhas, formação de CIPA (Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes), SIPATMA (Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes de Trabalho e Meio Ambiente) e Brigada de Incêndio, conforme determinações da empresa e obrigação legal.
• Auxiliar na elaboração do PGR (Programa de Gerenciamento de Risco) e PCMSO (Programa de Controle Médico e Saúde Ocupacional), analisando causas de riscos ou existências de ambientes desfavoráveis à segurança e apresentar sugestões de melhoria, com auxílio de outros titulares mais experientes.
• Manter atualização do software de segurança conforme entrada de empregados e estagiários vinculando eles nos devidos GHEs (Grupo Homogêneo de Exposição).
• Atuar na vigilância e cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho por parte de terceiros e prestadores de serviço, com relação à segurança pessoal e coletiva, envolvendo a obrigatoriedade do uso de EPIs e EPCs, etc.
• Auxiliar na inspeção dos ambientes de trabalho da empresa para verificar e medir o grau de risco existente em termos de equipamento, instalação e localização, mapeando e classificando cada uma, mantendo o Mapa de Risco da empresa atualizado.
• Identificar oportunidades de melhorias ou inovação, bem como sugerir iniciativas para as devidas aplicações, reportando-se diretamente ao seu líder.

Requisitos:

• Candidatos internos, favor atentar-se a Regra de Ouro.

• Obrigatório ensino técnico completo em Segurança do Trabalho.

• Registro no MTE válido.

• Prévia experiência na função.

• Proficiência em português (verbal, escrita e leitura).

• Habilidade de comunicação em inglês (será avaliado na entrevista).
