Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Flexible working with up to 3 days a week in our VHQ, Crawley
Contract: Fixed Term Contract / Secondment

Were looking for support in delivering our People and Finance Transformation programme, specifically in our People function. This role will be working as part of a cross functional team accountable for the successful delivery and implementation of our Oracle (Cloud) ERP programme until September 2025.
Some of your key responsibilities as our Programme Support Coordinator will be:
- Supporting the People and Project Leadership Team in all data, administrative, reporting and project related deliverables
- Working with subject matter experts to migrate data, including some manual migration tasks when required
- Reviewing data accuracy, logging findings and errors
- Working with subject matter experts to execute tests and reports
- Supporting People Systems Team in data cleansing and enrichment tasks
- Recording and distributing the outcomes of findings, escalating where necessary
In addition to the above, we are looking for our successful candidate to demonstrate the following:
- Be a motivated self starter
- Strong organisational skills and ability to keep to deadlines
- Have a strong attention to detail and pride yourself on a high level of accuracy
- Great team player and communicator
- Experience of supporting a fast paced project environment
- Sound knowledge of Excel and Power-point
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops & MS Teams advantageous
