Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mathematics, Science, Finance or related field OR 3+ years of related exp. in lieu of degree
• U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements (if required for site)
Preferred Qualifications:
• GKN experience
• Program Management Professional Certification from industry organization such as PMI.
• Experience with aerospace composites manufacturing.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex subjects in a dynamic work environment
• Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to effectively manage customer relationships, ability to multitask, and a demonstrated team player
• Leadership ability to manage a cross-functional team, previous experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
