Job Description:

AUFGABENSTELLUNG

• Umsetzung von FAI-, Standard- und speziellen Produktprüfplänen unter Berücksichtigung der Designvorgaben sowie Erarbeitung von Prüf- und Messkonzepten
• Erstellen, Aktualisieren, Korrigieren, Referenzieren und Freigabe von Prüfplänen
• Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von (P)FMEA und Erstellung von Prozesslenkungsplänen (Control Plan) in Zusammenarbeit mit einem multifunktionalem Team (MFT)
• Aufbereitung der Konstruktionsdaten als Prüfvorgabe für die manuelle Vermessung und/oder 3D- Vermessung von Bauteilen
• Erstellung, Pflege und Steuerung der Prüfvorgaben
• Ableiten von Qualitätsmerkmalen aus Vorschriften und Richtlinien

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)

• Techniker(in) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Fachkenntnisse über die Fertigungs- und Montagekonzepte im Werk Nordenham
• Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 und CCD
• DV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP/R3)
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an neuen technischen Methoden
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
