About the Role:

As a Quality Auditor, you will play a vital role in the Aerospace Quality Organization by ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards and maintaining Daher’s commitment to excellence. Reporting to the Quality Systems Manager, you will collaborate with various teams, lead internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement in our Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits to verify the effectiveness of policies and procedures, leveraging AS-9100 expertise.
• Must be confident with procedure development and procedure writing to meet the requirments for AS9100
• Experience with corrective actions and maintain the corrective action system.
• Lead Auditor experience a huge plus.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement QMS standards.
• Lead internal and external audits aligned with Aerospace Standards, Nadcap, and customer requirements.
• Participate in the management of nonconformance reports, corrective actions, process deviations, and document control.
• Support program teams with quality metrics and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Provide training to employees to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze QA data and prepare reports for decision-makers.
• Revise and review quality documentation for compliance with contractual, aerospace, or QMS requirements.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned while maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.

Profile and other information related to the position

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status (required by ITAR and EAR regulations).
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience with practical application of quality audit/assurance.
• Previous experience in commercial, military, or aerospace industries (AS9100, Nadcap) preferred.
• Knowledge of statistics and statistical process control is a plus.
• Experience with quality documentation and standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address a range of technical and practical challenges.
