Responsibilities:
To prepare A/C documents for production
To collect and integrate equipment labels in the system.
To collect CAIR and integrate constituent assembly in the system.
To establish and verify AIR (Assembly Inspection Report )
To ensure that the A/C Built status and manage the resolution of all the discrepancies at A/C level in strong coordination with internal/external contacts and especially at the Plants, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering & Manufacturing, Suppliers, Quality and the Configuration Management process owner.
To checks the conformity status of the CAIRs integrated in the A/C and approve CAIRs under Completion Center responsibility
To collects controls and provide to the A/C Conformity Managers and A/C Certifying Staff the A/C documentation due with AIR (logbooks, certificates, etc.)
To archive the AIRs, Completion CAIRs and additional documentation & certificates
To deliver on time and on quality the A/C Aircraft Inspection Report
Main activities:
Prepare A/C documents and provide to production
Collect and integrate equipment labels in the system
Establish an AIR at each official milestone
Ensure the completion, the update & the consistency of all AIR Chapters and that it reflects the industrial status of the A/C at each official milestone until A/C delivery.
Ensure the completion, the update & the consistency of all Completion Center CAIRs and that it reflects the industrial status of the CA at each official milestone
Verify the AIR
Approve the Completion Center CAIRs
Ensure that the AIR is verified for each official A/C milestone
Present the status of the A/C over all the AIR chapters for each official A/C milestone until TAC as well as for the FAL CAIRs
Archive AIR at official A/C milestones until A/C delivery and its appendices until the A/C is scrapped or permanently removed from service (plus the number of years required from the authorities after service termination).
Ensure the Completion Center CAIR update in case of reallocation
Check all Plants actions on conformity & attestation including:
controlling that the CAIRs are validated
calculated discrepancies are solved, justified or endorsed
that the CIN embodiment is correct and at full
Perform Last Minute Change procedures between H/O and TAC (to update configuration data directly in AIR application through LMC functionalities) and AIR revisions if needed after the delivery of the A/C to the customer
Check if eTechnical Log Book items impact any CAIR
Control Time Controlled Items and Life Limited Parts
Manage the AIR/CAIR team in charge of a given MSN until its delivery
Follow the guidelines from the CCMD process and to initiate/define/coordinate/participate to national and international directives as well as to the CCMD process and tools improvement
Manage the archiving of the AIR and FAL CAIRs documents and their annexes
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor degree (CET-4)
Experience
- 3-5 years’ in Aviation industry;
- Experience in multi-functional teams;
- Experience in A/C configuration management.
Basic Skills
- Be fluent in English. French and/or German knowledge would be a plus.

Ensure the follow-up, the tracking and the reporting of any deviations, discrepancies or Conformity & Attestation issues during the whole industrial lifecycle.
Establish the Conformity & Attestation statement between the delivered CA and/or A/C and the specified modification.
Manage the production, the approval and signing of the Inspection Report (at CA and A/C level).
