Job Description:
We are now looking for a RPA CoE Developer for our Airbus GBS team.
Responsibilities - your mission:
Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Be part of the IM Cross Divisional Robotic Process Automation CoE as a UiPath developer.
Be the RPA expert in Portugal for the RPA CoE: harmonize and automate Business
Processes and develop RPA processes Group wide.
Responsible for automating processes, customizing/developing artefacts using UiPath solutions.
Be able to analyse processes, drumbeat the business to build a process automation backlog – and then do the development – E2E.
Business Analysis of processes in SAP and SAP S/4 Hana and in other applications.
Experience with OCR is a plus.
Adapt rapidly in an evolving environment through multifunctional and international teams.
Manage and deliver projects (OTOQOC) in an agile way.
Participate in Projects, and perform project management activities.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor degree in Information Systems Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
Technical knowledge on Robotic Process Automation, specifically UiPath. Skilled and knowledgeable in developing artefacts, configuration, testing and bug fixing automated processes.
Up to 1-3 years of experience in the RPA field and UiPath.
Good analytical skills to understand business processes, and to be able to look at processes and find the automation potential.
The role includes Business Process Analysis and development: E2E.
Experience in automating robots which access SAP processes.
Good communication and presentation skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Project management skills and the ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team.
Skills in the following programming languages are a plus: Python, Java, Powershell, Regex.
Assertiveness and Influence, persuasive and change management skills are required.
Proactive, problem solving and decision making.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
