Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationAs a Honeywell Building Solutions Regional General Manager forServices here at Honeywell, you will take full Group management responsibilityfor the development and growth of our Services business within Public, Private,Partnerships (P3) & Federal Government (Fed) sites in our US region. Youwill effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders across theorganization. In this high impact role, you will work autonomously as a seniormember of our leadership team to achieve organizational objectives. You willassist in the development of medium to long term planning: Annual OperationPlan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP). This role will interact with allRegional & Global SBG/SBU leaders as well as customers, suppliers, andrelevant government officials. You will report directly to our VPGM ServicesAmericas. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell byachieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, drivinginnovation, and leading a high-performing team. You will also have theopportunity to engage closely with our Integrated team to implement strongprocesses and better serve our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the regional P&L for the U.S. P3 & Fed Site Servicesbusiness and deliver on top line revenue and EBITDA.
- Focus on building arobust management operating system that establishes efficient processes andenhances operational productivity, cost management, and profitability.
- Ensuresthe business is resourced properly across the region and that sharing andcollaboration across Districts.
- Support Offering Management to definebranding and market penetration strategies for the region and to enhance marketdemand of offerings.
- Define and execute Services business roadmap to servethe unique needs of the U.S. P3 & Fed customers in a differentiated way.
- Drive operations, sourcing, and finance functions to a common vision anddeliver best-in-class performance on-time delivery, quality, and service thatexceed customer expectations.
- Attract and develop a top talent pool thatdrives the growth of this business.
- Drive effective Capital Allocationstrategy that supports the regional business growth targets.
- Drive complianceand forecast quality.
- Avoid contractual penalties.
- Lower the cost of legalfees and internal cost through effective contract administration.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 9+ years leadership experience in the building services,industrial services, Facility Management or similar industries.
- Experience ina leadership role either as a Sales Leader or General Manager.
- Proven trackrecord in delivering growth and financial performance for an independent lineof business.
- Demonstrate a successor and business/sales leader succession anddevelopment plan and execution.
- Strong Financial knowledge on BS, P&L,Cash Flow, Working Capital mechanics.
- Can demonstrate how to deploy and run aFinancial Pulse MOS, as well as a Sales MOS.
