Summary:

Providing operational technical support to internal and external customers on the various Helibras aircraft models in its market of operation, regarding the airworthiness of the company&39;s products in technical matters, in compliance with the determinations of Helibras / Airbus Helicopters, Brazilian aeronautical authorities and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers of the various Helibras/Airbus Helicopters aircraft models in their segment in Brazil.
  • Receiving and answering questions from customers (mechanics, pilots or owners) regarding the use of best techniques and practices in order to find solutions that enable safe operation.
  • Carrying out technical visits to customers of the various models in the fleet in order to get to know the needs of each customer and operation and propose solutions.
  • Drawing up technical reports on any occurrences in customer aircraft, participating in investigations to assess the causes and actions to be taken with the appropriate interface between Helibras and Airbus Helicopters.
  • Interacting with Airbus Helicopters in the assessment of special airworthiness concessions, forwarding demands and technical data to enable analysis and assistance to Helibras and operators.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the position
  • Technical course in Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics
  • Intermediate English
  • CHT
  • Experience with H175
  • Research experience desirable

Sumário:

Prestar suporte técnico operacional aos clientes internos e externos nos diversos modelos de aeronaves da Helibras em seu mercado de atuação, referente à aeronavegabilidade dos produtos da empresa em questões técnicas, em cumprimento às determinações da Helibras/ Airbus Helicopters, autoridades aeronáuticas brasileiras e a satisfação do cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes dos diversos modelos de aeronaves da Helibras/Airbus Helicopters em seu segmento de atuação no Brasil.
  • Receber e responder questionamentos dos clientes (mecânico, piloto ou proprietário) quanto à utilização de melhores técnicas e práticas para encontrar soluções que permitam a operação com Segurança.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas aos clientes dos diversos modelos da frota com o intuito de conhecer as necessidades de cada cliente e operação e propor soluções.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos sobre eventuais ocorrências em aeronaves dos clientes, participando das investigações para avaliar as causas e ações a serem conduzidas com a devida interface entre Helibras e Airbus Helicopters.
  • Interagir com a Airbus Helicopters na avaliação de concessões especiais de aeronavegabilidade com encaminhamento de demandas e dados técnicos que permitam a análise e atendimento à Helibras e operadores.

Requisitos:

  • Prévia experiência na função
  • Curso Técnico em Mecânico de Manutenção Aeronáutica
  • Inglês intermediário
  • CHT
  • Experiência com H175
  • Desejável experiência com investigação
