SAP Implementation
This role will be a point of contact between the business processes and the XTEND design team and other Bell Functional groups, ensuring a successful implementation of SAP and supplemental systems across the Aftermarket. This role will need to accurately capture and communicate the needs of the business and ensure that the XTEND project team or Bell functional teams accommodate the business need. For unmet needs, this role needs to capture the impact to the business and recommend to leadership mitigation actions.

What you’ll be doing as an SAP Implementation Team Member

• Ensure all business processes through current systems is clearly documented and presentable.
• Understand how all business processes will flow through new systems.
• Capture gaps or extra burdens of current business processes and new systems to be presented and addressed by leadership.
• Manage all data cleansing efforts to ensure timely accomplishment by implementation, starting with highest priority data.
• Prepare training materials & process for the business and refine with use and changes to the process.
• Travel to sites where implementations are planned or have implemented to ensure business success and clarity.
• Create reports, processes, and data flows to enable efficient and effective business use of new systems and may include some coding (SQL, Power BI).
• Facilitate the modification or update of system roles, documented roles & responsibilities, documented policies & procedures, and/or regulatory documentation to match new systems and processes.
• Support troubleshooting issues after and during system go live.

Skills You Bring To this Role

• Technical proficiency – a strong understanding of SAP and/or Visual functionality relevant to the implementation project, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Team work – ability to collaborate effectively with teammates, stakeholders, and leaders to achieve project goals, share
  knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Problem-solving – being able to identify issues, analyze complex problems, and devise innovate solutions during the implementation process is key to overcoming challenges and ensuring project success.
• Adaptability – Capacity to quickly learn new concepts, tools, and methodologies as the project evolves, and to adapt to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements.
• Attention to detail – diligence in performing tasks accurately, documenting processes thoroughly, and ensuring data integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What you need to be successful

• At least 2 years’ experience operating within Visual and/or SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
