BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment; or bachelor's degree in an engineering, math or science discipline
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of hands-on equipment experience in microelectronics packaging cleanroom
- 3+ years of experience working on surface mount technology (SMT), Component Pick & Place, Automated Optical Inspection, Reflow Ovens & X-Ray equipment
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, math or science discipline
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift time is 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Repetitive assembly operations, grasping, standing, lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
- Must be able to distinguish colors as required
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
SMT Technician/Level 1: $22.00 - $24.50/hour
SMT Technician/Level 2: $24.00 - $29.00/hour
SMT Technician/Level 3: $27.50 - $35.00/hour
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
