SOFTWARE TEST SPECIALIST

SOFTWARE TEST SPECIALIST – CONTRACT 12 MONTHS – HYBRID & CRAWLEY West Sussex

This role will require an initial 2 weeks orientation period on site in Crawley and then moving to Hybrid working 2 or 3 days on site per week.

I am seeking a Software Test Specialist to work in an Electronic Warfare programmes domain. This role is based around strategy and planning and taking a high level look across multiple Test Teams and understanding where the problems are and where there are testing gaps in the current test strategy being deployed.

You will be reviewing and overseeing current test strategy being deployed for the medium to long term with goals to understand;

• What can we do better and where can we improve?
• Can we create commonality in test processes and strategy across the EW programmes?
• How do we do this whilst minimising disruption to work in progress?

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / PROVEN ABILITY

• Understanding of Software Test processes & strategy.
• Knowledge of high level Software languages ideally C++
