As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform for the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and architects to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Acting as a system expert, you will oversee the user management, data integrity, automation, security, system integrations, and reporting in support of multiple business units. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage user setup, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automated tools.
- Set up new products and configurations.
- Ensure data accuracy through deduplication, cleansing, and enforcing data governance best practices.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support business insights.
- Support salesforce integrations with third party applications and other internal systems inclusive of ERPs, marketing tools, and payment systems.
- Follow established DevOps policies and procedures.
- Provide user training, support, and documentation to improve adoption and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Stay informed about new Salesforce releases and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's Salesforce instances.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This position is located at AOPA’s Frederick, MD headquarters.
- The salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $87,000, depending on education and experience.
