Lockheed Martins Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services seeking an Industrial Security Professional Associate / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) you will be responsible for all security efforts of the facility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Oversight of contract guard force.
• Manage all functions of the defense industrial security program and special access programs, i.e. physical security, visitor control, security clearance processing, document control, classification management, contract security specification administration, COMSEC operations, security education and awareness, investigations, asset protection, access control, etc.
• Ensure compliance with company and government security regulations. Formulate security policy and procedures. Address and solve security problems with all levels of employees and customer representatives. Prepare budget input and manage procurement of services and equipment. Lead the Crisis Management Team, conduct investigations and advise senior management team.
• Perform duties as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for one or more programs.
• Utilize the requirements set forth in 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705. Duties also include high level program leadership briefings, presentations, completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support and security education.

• Ensure security leadership is kept apprised of critical issues/concerns regarding the facility.
• Participate in / lead enterprise self-inspections and other assessments such as the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Security Reviews, the BSI Audit, and MFC internal audits and inspections.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by Leadership.
• Candidate will work closely with members of the site’s leadership team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
• Previous FSO/CPSO/Security experience.
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to multi-task. Great interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communications skills.
• Final Top Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years
• This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $67,200 - $128,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
