Description:Will be responsible for designing, developing, reviewing & editing Fixed Facility Checklist (FFCs) for new/pre-construction as well as designing, developing, reviewing & editing program facility accreditations and approvals for unit facilities and Operations. This position will also conduct physical security site surveys to assess physical construction; attend facility design reviews & pre-construction meetings to advise on appropriate accreditation criteria. Manage status of facility construction, equipment installation, accreditation documentation, scheduling, approvals & conflicts. Perform security self-inspections on assigned secure facilities by identifying deficiencies, developing milestones, and providing follow-up on open issues as required. Will conduct alarm testing, conduct parcel checks, and provide SAP area access. Will provide assistance on a wide range of security related issues to the Contract Program Security Officer (CPSO) as needed. Other responsibilities will include, but not limited to supporting security management, security planning, personnel security, CPI Training, SAP visits, and coordinating secure communications/computing.

Basic Qualifications:
Top Secret Security clearance with an investigation current or CV date within 5 years.

Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.

Experience providing security support in SAP environment.

Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals and NISPOM.

Prior program security experience working in a classified environment.

Must be ICD-705 Certified.
Desired Skills:
Ability to work closely with government partners, security counterparts, program managers, and offices within the Department of Defense industry partners to ensure successful execution of program activity or

Customer and team oriented and able to function with limited supervision. Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Proficient in DISS and JADE.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
