Lockheed Martin is looking for an experienced security professional to support an emerging program on the Advanced Development Programs (ADP), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) branch inside the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization. Seeking a Security Rep with Special Access Programs (SAP) understanding and basic knowledge to support Development, Production, and Sustainment activities and assist in overseeing, and maintaining an enterprise security program. This position is located in Palmdale, CA.

The SES organization oversees the operations of classified facilities and ensures the implementation of operative security controls intended for the protection of unclassified, proprietary, and classified national security information (NSI) developed by or entrusted to Lockheed Martin as a member of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). The SES organization applies numerous resources to mitigate risk across operational domains through a variety of security administration standards, control strategies, and oversight levels that align with corporate requests and expectations.

The successful candidate for this position will support multiple programs, enforcing DoD Manuals 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, Physical Security requirements in accordance with ICD 705, and all other regulatory guidance and established policies. Duties include but are not limited to: escorting, monitoring, and enforcing Security compliant requirements in Special Access Program Facilities, Access Control, Media Control, Review and Updating of Fixed Facility Checklists, scheduling and coordination activities, etc. and other duties as may be assigned. This position is primarily a first shift position but may occasionally require work to be extended or modified schedule to meet mission requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Final transferable Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
3. Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.
4. Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to partner with internal and external customers and teammates
Desired Skills:
1. Active Top Secret Security clearance with a current investigation or CV date within 6 years.
2. Experience working in Industrial Security position and or Special Access Programs.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude and considered a self-starter
4. Experience working with the NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, and or ACPSO experience
5. Experience with Physical Security standards IAW ICD 705.
6. Ability to work well on a team and multi-task in dynamic environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $55,100 - $105,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $63,500 - $119,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
