Description:Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking a Security Representative Staff to join the security team in Grand Prairie TX.

The selected candidate will provide multi-disciplined Security support and perform primary Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) and Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) duties for multiple complex and growing special access and sensitive compartmentalized information programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personnel and physical security, policy guidance and research, classification and material control, subcontractor security management, inspection readiness, OPSEC requirements, security education and partnership with program management. The selected candidate will develop creative security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with our customers’ expectations and applicable security policies and directives. This role is the primary security interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin as well as customer and subcontractor sites.

Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership ad enterprise business partners. Develops and obtains approvals for multiple plans in support of new test environments and labs being constructed on site.
Basic Qualifications:
― Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.

― SAP experience & SCI experience.

― Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

― Be self-driven and able to work collaboratively with other entities. Manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.

― The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.

― Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.

― Final Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a background investigation performed within the last five years.

― Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility security compliance.

― Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, CPSO and physical security expert.

― Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.

― Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

― Highly organized and detail oriented.

― Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
