Job Title: Social Media Executive (Social Media Content Creator)

Language Proficiency: Thai & English

Requirement: Candidate to share portfolio

Content Strategy and Planning

  • Develop a social media content strategy aligned with the Groups objectives and messaging, tailored to the Thai spanet and target audience.

  • Conduct research to identify relevant trends in Thailand, popular topics, cultural moments, and competitor strategies within the local industry.

  • Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content that aligns with the Group’s vision and values while resonating with Thai audiences.

Content Creation

  • Shoot, film, and edit compelling and original content for social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Line), with a focus on Thailandi spanet preferences and trends.

  • Write engaging and concise copy for posts, captions, and hashtags to maximize audience reach.

  • Edit and optimize content for maximum impact, considering platform-specific best practices and local audience behavior.

  • Stay up-to-date with current social media trends in Thailand, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.

  • Experiment with new formats, techniques, and features to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to content creation.

  • Curate user-generated content that reinforces the Groups values and showcases customer experiences from the Thai spanet.

  • Leverage storytelling techniques to convey the Groups mission and impact effectively while ensuring cultural relevance.

Aligning with Regional Direction & Across the Group

  • Align all content materials and direction with Regional guidance in terms of messaging, look, and feel, ensuring they resonate with the Thai audience.

  • Include localized content strategies: produce content on-ground that connects with the brand set by the Group, including events, Allstar stories, and other directions from the Group.

  • Collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders to adapt content for Thailand’s cultural nuances, preferences, and consumer behavior while adhering to the Group’s direction.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts and external contributors to gather information and insights that are relevant to the Thai spanet.

  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, including communications and spaneting, to ensure seamless content alignment with the Group’s overall social media strategies.

Reporting & Insights

  • Create bi-weekly reports to monitor social media performance and audience engagement in the Thai spanet.

  • Assist with any other ad hoc reports requested by the Group or regional leadership.

  • Utilize business solution tools such as Digimind and Hootsuite to gather and analyze data, ensuring insights are leveraged for effective decision-making.

  • Provide actionable recommendations based on performance metrics to enhance content strategies for the Thailand spanet.

  • Navigate and resolve any crises related to social media channels in the Thai spanet.

  • Collaborate with the Group’s social media team to proactively prepare content that addresses crisis situations.

  • Ensure all crisis communications align with the brand’s voice, values, and messaging while respecting Thai cultural sensitivities.
