Summary:
The Social Media Executive (Strategist + Content Creator) for Philippines Market, will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies tailored to the local audience. This role involves content creation, video production, and campaign development, working closely with internal teams to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. Additionally, the executive will analyze trends, optimize content performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure impactful and effective digital campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal teams, including Social Media, Comms, Marketing, Branding to develop and execute social media strategy and content.
Strategize, and develop engaging social media posts and (video & static) content tailored for the Philippines spanet.
Recommend and optimize content calendars to improve audience engagement and brand loyalty.
Develop creative campaign ideas and proposals to align with brand and business objectives.
Produce high-quality content for hands-on video shooting and editing.
Implement, monitor, and refine content strategies to drive audience interaction and brand awareness.
Adapt, repurpose, and distribute content effectively in a multi-channel environment.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, conversations, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Ensure projects, tasks, and assignments are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Skills & Experience:
Content & Creativity:
Strong storytelling skills, with experience in developing creative concepts, storyboards, and social media plans.
Hands-on experience in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality content for various platforms.
Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VSCO, or similar.
Social Media Strategy & Community Management:
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, and how to optimize content for engagement.
Experience in online community management, influencer engagement, and content spaneting strategy.
Strong business mindset with an understanding of digital trends and audience behavior in the Philippines.

Highly creative, proactive, and results-driven.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, industry engagement, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing past work, including videos, social media content, or campaign execution.
