Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a
Software Architect Cloud Applications (d/f/m)
The Command & Control (C2) systems of Airbus Defence and Space support military and security forces in the challenging task of assessing,
planning and directing military and security operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Architecture and Design of Cloud based applications and customer solutions
Application development based on MicroServices, Docker containers and Kubernetes
Development of prototypes for internal and/or external customer demonstrations
Usage of agile tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins, Confluence
Definition and Implementation as well as team education in terms of test automation principles for new and existing projects, using agile software development methods
Designing HMI, workflows and data models
Leading and Working in an international, agile SCRUM team which is part of a larger community collaborating using the SAFe framework and DevOps principles
Desired skills and qualifications
Completed studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
Advanced knowledge in cloud-based development technologies covering architecture, design and implementation
Open minded, innovative, decisive and willing to participate in an agile environment where he/she will grow his/her professional career
Advanced level of German and English skills
Able to cope complex tasks inside large international project setups
