What Youll Be Doing:
Collaborative Development: Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify data sources to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
Power BI & Tableau Reporting: Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, integrating data from various sources (e.g., SAP, Excel).
Microsoft Power Apps Development: Build and optimize applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes and meet business needs.
Data Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all reporting solutions, providing reliable insights for decision-makers.
Optimization & Troubleshooting: Continuously optimize reports for performance, ensuring that data is refreshed quickly and troubleshoot any issues related to report functionality.
Training & Support: Provide training and user guides to ensure seamless usage of reports and applications, including tutoring non-technical stakeholders on basic Power BI functionality.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business reports (e.g., schedules, costs) and how to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
Experience with Power BI & Tableau: 2+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
Application Development: Proficiency in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps (2+ years preferred).
SQL Proficiency: Solid understanding of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
SAP Knowledge: Experience working with SAP for data integration.
MS SharePoint Familiarity: Knowledge of SharePoint environment for application development and data management.
Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Bachelors Degree: A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or other relevant certifications in Power BI or data analytics.
Power Apps Integration: Experience integrating Power Apps with other Microsoft services like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Office 365.

Pay Details: $73.24 per hour
