Job Description SummaryIn this position the intern will learn about the scope of the application(s), the user stories and then, with the help of a coach, will be prepared to develop and implement code, following programming principles and good practices.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
Work within the guidelines of applicable GE Policies and Procedures, Engineering Standards, Design Customer Operating Procedures, Specifications, Government and Commercial Standards, and special security requirements
Document technical data that is generated to substantiate the assigned components, assemblies, systems and/or processes and that is consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Support the team on the development of Web/Cloud applications
Provide timely communication on significant issues to key stakeholders
Support the solution of problems of limited scope and complexity
Self-check of work
Qualification / Requirements
Student of Computer Systems, Software, Computer Science Engineering
Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
English skills: must be able to maintain a simple conversation in English.
Presentation skills: ability to communicate with Senior Leadership.
Demonstrated ability in managing own projects
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organizational abilities
Proven programming skills on web/cloud environments
Experience with visual management tools is a plus
Accountable and strong learning/continuous improvement mindset
Open team player and strong interpersonal skills
Hybrid mode at GEIQ office at Querétaro, México
Desired Skills
Frontend JavaScript frameworks (Vue.Js/ React)
Backend languages (C/Java/ Node.Js)
Experience with React-redux is a big plus
