The Corporate Audit Leadership Program (CALP) is a training ground for tomorrows leaders in the company. As part of the program you will gain experience across multiple functions, and business units with exposure to the most senior leaders in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in risk assessment and audit planning and conduct independent and objective financial and operational reviews across Honeywells diversified global operations. 
Execute the audit plan, partner with business stakeholders to develop efficient and effective corrective action plans, and work closely with management to drive improvements in Honeywells systems of internal controls. 
Be responsible for data collection and analysis, audit interviews and work papers, and summarization and communication of results.
Identify and communicate opportunities to augment controls and financial and operational processes. 
Participate in a variety of special projects, including internal investigations, as assigned by management. 

Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office,

You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 4 years Big Four audit experience or internal audit experience with a Fortune 500 company.
  • Consulting experience, ACCA, CPA, and/or CFE.
  • 2 + years of experience conducting ethics & compliance assessments, fraud and corruption investigations, internal controls assessments, books & records examinations, and/or FCPA/UKBA assessments.

  • Familiarity with anti-fraud and anti-corruption regulations.
