Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking an Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in St. Augustine, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities: Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 years of Security experience with Bachelors; OR 6 years with Master’s, 4 years with PhD OR an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain to a Special Access Program with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years.

  • Working knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), SAP Directives (DODM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4), and Supplement Information system security experience desired.

  • Previous Facility Security Officer (FSO) experience

  • Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables. Hands on, self-starting, disciplined and detail-oriented individual with ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • COMSEC Experience

  • Experience as a Cleared Defense Contractor (CDC) working in corporate and/or government environments with industrial security duties in support of Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

  • Efficient, proactive, responsive team player with excellent written and oral communication skills; able to interface effectively with all levels of corporate management and government customers.

  • Experience using security management software and applications.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
