Satair in Copenhagen is currently looking for a dedicated student assistant to join our Commercial Analytics team. In this role, you will be part of a small but growing team of nine international colleagues based in Denmark, Germany, Singapore and the US, working together to enable our global Commercial teams to take data-driven decisions by providing insights and analyses from data.
What the job is …
You will mainly assist the Commercial Analytics team in parts analysis for sales campaigns, business reporting, as well as administrative tasks. You will also be involved in some small projects that the team undertakes.
The tasks include:
- Basic spreadsheet work, including sorting out data in MS Excel or Google Sheets, and merging inputs from several files
- Support various analysis tasks, including basic reports generation and preparing data for presentations
- Support the Commercial Analytics team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks
How you will contribute to the team
We are looking for someone who is an enrolled Bachelor or Master student on the Cand. merc or similar education.
You should be structured and analytical with good numerical skills, and preferably have experience / a keen interest in using analytical / visualisation tools such as Google Sheets, Charts, Tableau etc.
Some business acumen will be useful, but more importantly, you are someone who is keen to learn and be an “independent team player”, i.e. be able to proactively identify tasks and assist where needed.
Strong communication skills in English is also a requirement for this role.
