Tasks
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Arranges travel, housing, and transportation for LAT US students, staff, and visitors
- Serves as a point of contact for third-party customers regarding facility maintenance
- Prepares and distributes emails about campus maintenance, events, holidays, and dormitory notices
- Manages student arrivals: uniforms, flight supplies, welcome folders, airport transportation and briefings
- Responsible for creating and maintaining internal department documents in Word, Excel, and Teams
- Handles student departures: room inspections, property returns, debt clearance, travel coordination
- Supports admin tasks: mail collection, scanning, correspondence, calls, visitor tours, and supply orders
- Assists with special projects

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational training preferred
- Open to newcomers; 1–2 years of office experience preferred
- Travel planning and aviation experience in a team environment are a plus
- Fluency in English
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer service
- Strong teamwork, reliability, responsibility, and intercultural awareness
- Ability to work under pressure, manage high stress levels, and meet time constraints
- Must have U.S. work permit and a valid driver’s license
- Willing to work shifts/overtime
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
