Job Description:
An Opportunity for a PMO Officer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space, Getafe (Madrid).
The selected candidate will join the A400M Services PMO Team (TAXSA) working collaboratively with A400M Services (TASA), a transnational organization with over 100 FTEs supporting the full range of Services for A400M Programme.
The job owner will have a high visibility on TASA activity and acquire a broad knowledge of Services. He/she will interact with different profiles, cultures and in different languages.
The position is based at Airbus Defense & Space in Getafe, a state of the art facility, where most of the Central Programme Office of A400M & A400M Services are located.
RESPONSABILITIES
To manage A400M Services Operational Performance analysis and follow-up.
Performance review of the set of defined KPIs with the COCs on a monthly basis (Mission Readiness, Operators Readiness, Asset Readiness, Data Readiness…) to ensure availability of the data and monitor the targets&39; achievement for the Services operation.
To analyse the data and ensure correct reporting of root cause analysis and corrective actions from the COC.
To ensure data is presented in an effective way to the Program, preparing the information in advance, ensuring alignment within the Program and escalations needed during the Program Review Meeting.
To ensure alignment and quality data presented at Services Board level.
To support A400M Services communication external & internal
To update guidelines & procedures on program management for A400M Services
To support in reporting preparation and support to the Program for different forums for which PMO support is required collaborating with different functions and departments, understanding the content necessity and structuring the material in an effective and executive way
SKILLS
Proactive Mindset with ability to persuade, influence and convince
Strong analytical skills and challenging mindset
Experience in monitoring KPIs, automating reports and dashboards
Keep attention to the detail and focused on results
Ability to communicate, structure, simplify and present complex content
Experience in Services &Program Management
English (Fluent) and Spanish (Fluent). German and French are a plus
