Turkeys flag carrier airline brand, Turkish Airlines, is waiting for young talents who want to start their careers in the right place! The Take-Off 101 Program offers undergraduate 3rd and 4th-year students the opportunity to work part-time in a brand that flies to every corner of the world.

Application Requirements:

• Must be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey or holder of a blue card
• Born on or after 01.01.1998
• Must be a 3rd or 4th-year student at a 4-year university
• Expected to graduate in 2025
• Must have a minimum GPA of 65 (out of 100) or 2.50 (out of 4) and be able to document it
• Able to work at least 2 full days per week at the Istanbul offices, up to a maximum of 30 hours per week
• Must have a clean criminal record
• Proficiency in English (an English exam will be conducted during the process)

Application and Evaluation Process:

• Applications will be accepted via kariyer.net until 10.03.2024.

• The evaluation process consists of online general aptitude and English exams, video interviews, Ideathon, personality inventory, and panel interviews. Additional evaluation steps may be applied if necessary.

• Candidates with mandatory internships can complete their internships in the unit where they work during the part-time employment period.

• The suitability of the uploaded documents will be checked during the evaluation process, and candidates who meet the above requirements will be able to continue the process. Therefore, to document the requirements, you must upload the following up-to-date documents in PDF format via E-Government:
     -Transcript,
     -Criminal Record Check ("Criminal Record Inquiry" screen should select "Official" for the institution type.)
