Job Description SummaryThis is an internship program under GE Aerospace China Talent Acquisition team to support company talent attraction strategy by sourcing and identifying right talent for business.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide sourcing support on all level positions assigned, leverage social media and technology to identify potential talent and arrange value-added exploratory interviews.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate slates and partner with recruiting consultant to close the jobs with committed KPIs.
  • Maintain communication with candidate networks and ensuring continuous interaction with talent pipeline.
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that recruiting policy and practices are executed for the assigned jobs/tasks.
  • Reporting function as requested.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or under postgraduate, major in HR or Engineering will be preferred.
  • Highly proficient and technically savvy, particularly with the use of internet searches, market research and the use of social media (i.e. LinkedIn etc.).
  • Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, clear thinker and result-driven, passionate for human resource management.
  • Fluent in both written and oral English.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to be on duty for 4-5 workdays a week.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in a particular industry, function or region, develops a network of domain relevant professionals.
  • Use highly engaging messaging techniques to improve passive talent conversion.
  • Gather market data and landscape to influence stakeholders.
  • Identify challenges arising from different perspectives and take action to reconcile upfront through the right channels.
