Tasks
As a Team Assistant (m/f/d) you will:
- support the Frankfurt hub management team with documentary and administrative tasks
- coordinate appointments, events and travel and communicate with all parts of the company
- develop and maintain internal communication tools (e.g. intranet, regular internal reports)
- organize and administrate all processes in the secretariat
- take the responsibility for typical ordering and invoicing activities

Requirements
What you will need:
- Secondary school leaving certificate and completed vocational training or comparable professional experience
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate
- Planning skills and ability to prioritize
- Flexibility, initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Strong service orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Willingness to work in the office 3 days a week
