Description:Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support personnel. Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules. Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs; prepares lesson plans and training materials; designs product demonstrations; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. May administer tests. Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course material reflect product features, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. May include military trainers.

FOSOV and GMV 1.1 Technical Trainer

Validation/Verification Support to US Government (VAL/VER)

POI developer 400-500 HRS annually, prepares lesson plans, training materials, and course content. Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course materials reflect product features and modifications, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information and course content up to date.

Development and refinement for FOSOV course curriculum IAW with TR 350-70And approved USSOCOM format. Course curriculum will be updated in Coordination with ECPs, model year changes and addition of any new vehicles.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years FOSOV (Family of Special Operations Vehicles) equipment experience

5 years GMV 1.1, Toyota NSCV (Non-Standard Commercial Vehicle) Polaris MRZR-D experience

Proficient user of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Frame maker Authoring, Corel Designer

Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course Certificate

Previous experience writing Instructional Material IAW TR 350-70

Experience producing clear, concise briefing materials for internal team and customer

Experience working within a cross-functional team or integrated product team (IPT)

An active US Department of Defense Secret (or Interim Secret) Security Clearance

A valid U.S. Passport with no travel restrictions

Ability to travel on any notice required
Desired Skills:
Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentations)

Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic environment with competing priorities

Previous experience supporting FOSOV and GMV 1.1 equipment CONUS/OCONUS

Extensive knowledge of M1288 GMV 1.1, Polaris and Toyota products

Military experience within Maintenance

Experience supporting SOF customer
