Job Description:
Accountabilities
Responsible to deliver projects within time, scope, cost and quality objectives and to customer satisfaction for the rate increase. Responsible to manage project stakeholder relationships as well as customer expectation and requirements.
Main activities
Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
Manage the risks and opportunities defined for the project and ensure the implementation of the mitigation plan.
Manage the requirements and assumptions defined for the project and ensure the execution of deliverables are on-time, on quality and cost.
Follow up the project milestones in a timely manner.
Define, implement and drive a project team/organization all along the project phases, including people coming from other functions.
Manage different stakeholders by strong self-motivation and responsibilities, especially in uncertainties situation to move the project forward , to be as problem solver
Ensure effective integration of lessons learnt. Ensure active risk and opportunity and contract (internal or external) management. Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
Support MAP team on recruitment, Qualification & Training etc.

Outputs
Success rate ramp up and 2nd ATDC in Tianjin according to the requirements of the 2nd FAL and ATDC project with all deliverables executed as defined for the project.
