Purpose of the position
The “Training Systems Expert” represents a key role in enabling and further implementing a paperless training organization by administering and coordinating the activities connected with the Learning Management System software “Becademy” as well as Prodefis e-file and TMPS system and other relevant operations manuals and training content. You will liase with various internal and external stakeholder, support the department managers in creating learning profiles, upload web based ground courses, follow-up on crew qualifications, assisting the Licencing Officers with LMS issues, continuous evaluation of training outcomes and the embedding efforts of groupwide common training means.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Administration and coordination of the Learning Management System software “Becademy”
- Has the overall responsibility of the flight operations related LMS regarding administration, access, activation and content
- Acts as point of contact for flight deck and cabin crews regarding all administrative and licence related (TPMS / efile / LMS) training questions and concerns
- Is responsible for the administration of the LMS software and Prodefis e-file, TPMS System
- Support the training department managers regarding creating, managing and evaluating TMPS content and other documentation
- Creates and maintains events in TPMS on request of the Training Department, while supporting the Fleet Training Manager and Cabin Training Manager with the implementation of TPMS Templates
- Supports the Training Department Management in any technical and IT-related administrative tasks
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholder
- Manages and oversees the resources, technologies and necessary systems of the digital training environment systems in close liaison with IT and other relevant stakeholder, including liaison with the Lufthansa group member
- Supports the Licencing Officer in management and follow-up of all relevant crew qualifications (licence, type ratings, English language proficiency, medicals, online trainings, etc.) within the CMS via TPMS and e-file.
Your profile
- IT knowledge and skills to an administrative level
- Project management experience desirable
- Expertise in aviation and crew training desirable
- Knowledge of EASA OPS and FCL regulations desirable
- Ability to interact and communicate well with team members
