ABOUT THE JOBManage crew leave requests and approvals
Coordinate with Crew Scheduling and Operations teams
Collect and compile annual leave requests
Allocate leave using software, considering preferences and operational needs
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Roster pre-assigned vacation days in planning tool
Analyze leave data and trends for optimization
Generate reports on leave utilization and patterns
Resolve conflicts related to leave requests
Implement process improvements in leave management
ABOUT YOUExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience in leave planning, preferably within the aviation industry, is a plus
Excellent analytical skills, both in process and report domains
Ability to set up process and look for improvement in stakeholder management
Understanding of labour regulations and contractual agreements in the aviation sector
Role requires strong business English, both spoken and written, and may involve some international travel
