Job Description:

He/she manages one or several of the following activities:
- Ensure that every claim has a response.
- Ensure that the right stakeholders are involved to resolve the claim.
- Ensure that all claims are properly closed in the system.
- Co-ordinate actions with other interfaces in order to answer requests and close the e-tickets in Service Now.
- Ensure availability of parts with regards to production needs (on-time on-quality).
- Disturbance Management.
