Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to coordinate shipping and receiving functions at our facility. The role involves managing dock organization, handling shipping supplies, and addressing issues in shipping or inventory handling. Responsibilities also include retaining and scanning documentation, scheduling pick-ups with vendors, and performing data entry tasks. Additionally, you will be required to make drop-offs with a box truck to neighboring buildings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipping and receiving functions at the facility.
- Manage dock organization and shipping supplies.
- Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
- Retain and scan documentation; send communications to employees.
- Schedule pick-ups with vendors and monitor shipments in transit.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Make drop-offs with a box truck to neighboring buildings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- 3-5 years of logistics and/or warehouse experience
- Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication
- Expertise in high-volume inventory management
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- ERP/WMS (warehouse management system) experience
- Valid drivers license
- Forklift experience is a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00
