We are seeking a Warehouse Delivery Assurance professional to oversee the seamless and error-free delivery of serviceable and unserviceable units and parts to both suppliers and customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, supporting the development of standard work, and continuously improving processes within the warehouse environment.

This position provides the opportunity to be at the forefront of warehouse operations, enhancing both technical and leadership skills. The role offers significant exposure to process improvement initiatives, leadership in the development of standard work, and the ability to drive measurable performance improvements. It is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of critical operational tasks, work in a collaborative environment, and build expertise in SAP systems, logistics, and supply chain management.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and ensure timely, error-free delivery of products to suppliers and customers.

  • Address SAP Exception Notices daily, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

  • Lead or support the development and implementation of Standard Work processes.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on warehouse operations.

  • Ensure products leaving the warehouse are accompanied by the correct and updated documentation.

  • Collaborate with business partners to determine necessary actions for operational challenges.

  • Track and measure Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational performance.

  • Drive continuous improvement by supporting process enhancements and facilitating change management.

  • Create and manage Sales Notification Orders, Work Orders, purchase Orders and other international shipping documentation in SAP.

  • Partner with the Colins Investigation team to address issues with 4400 purchase orders.

  • Create storage locations and ensure proper inventory management in SAP.

  • Responsible for shipping and receiving units and materials using SAP and the PW Supplier Delivery System (SDS), pulling and picking materials for depot repair units, managing Stock Transfer Orders, and ensuring daily cleaning of the warehouse area.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required 

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance 

Qualifications We Prefer

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

  • Experience with SAP systems, particularly in inventory management, order processing, and logistics functions, with a strong ability to effectively and promptly resolve SAP Exception Notices and discrepancies through troubleshooting.

  • Understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics management.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency.

  • Knowledge of documentation and shipping processes, including Sales Orders, Work Orders, Delivery without Reference (DWOR), and shipping labels (e.g., FedEx).

  • Experience with Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, for tracking, reporting, and analyzing data.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with business partners and cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
