Werkstudent (d/m/w) Archiving Business Service & Digital Archive Support

Job Description:

• Koordination und Reporting der IT Aktivitäten im Support (Run Mode) und Dokumentation von Prozessen/Arbeitsanweisungen
• Unterstützung des IT Projektmanagements im Bereich Archiving Business Service (Dokumentenverwaltung)
• Informationserstellung zum Projekt im Zuge des Service/Support Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Implementierung eines Workflow basierten User Access Prozess
• Service/Support Auswertungen erstellen
