Honeywell Enterprise Mobility (HEM) is the managed services organization providing custom, SOW scoped services suchas Deployment, Device Depot (Spare Pool Management), Helpdesk Support and MDMAdministration for rugged handheld devices and mobility products such asscanners, printers, accessories. HEM supports all Android and iOS devices. Additional services include Telecom ExpenseManagement, Asset Disposition services such as Recycling, Asset Buyback, DeviceDestruction, and more.
In this HEM Config & Dep Technician role, is aself-motivated, team-oriented individual that fulfils a key position within ourcompany. The responsibilities of this position include driving and supportingthe Configuration and Deployment process by focusing on quality and efficiency.Deployment technicians are expected to provide feedback regarding processissues.
This position will report to the HEM Supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conforms to all safety policies and procedures.
Configuring and deploying customers Handheld Products.
Active participation in all aspects of the Configuration andDeployment department as needed.
Assists in lab continuous improvement efforts (i.e., processimprovement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, cost reduction).
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends andholidays.
The candidate must work with urgency, be very detailoriented, and work well in a team environment.
Prepare and present MOR and WSR metrics to leadership team.
Preparing work schedules.
Lead and training lab team.
YOU MUST HAVE
Degree / High School Diploma
Must be a US Citizenship due to contractual obligations
Knowledge applicable to install software, Configure, troubleshooting on iOS and Android devices
3+ Year relevant experience
