Aircraft Painter - Springfield, IL

Must be experience on Aircraft no other vehicle will qualify
 
Responsible for, but not limited to:

• Prepares surfaces to be painted by cleaning, masking, and sanding.
• Applies chemical paint stripping solution with a spray gun or brush.
• Removes paint stripper using a pressure washer.
• Mix and apply primers/paints according to specifications as required.
• Placard installation using aircraft tech data.
• Stores, handles, uses and disposes of hazardous chemicals in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Environmental Protection Laws.
• Maintains a clean work environment for tooling and equipment.
• Painter III: Stripe, registration, and logo layout and application from drawings and prints. 
• 3-10 years on CORPORATE aircraft required
